Not everyone is looking for intensive support.
Sometimes what we need most is to feel less alone in what we’re experiencing.
I also host women’s circles and book gatherings where we explore hormone health, stress, nourishment, and the realities of living in a female body, in conversation with one another.
These spaces are thoughtful, educational, and deeply human.
You don’t need to be in crisis to belong here.
